Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced PLM Engagement Lead in the UK to drive successful client engagements across complex digital engineering and PLM programmes. You will build trusted client relationships, lead multidisciplinary delivery teams, and ensure commercial and delivery performance while helping clients realise value from their PLM investments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex client engagements in PLM or related enterprise tech
• Strong knowledge of PLM platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter/NX, PTC Windchill and/or Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and govern delivery across multiple teams/suppliers
• Experience with contracts, statements of work, forecasting, financial management, change control
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving in complex, regulated environments

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior client contact, building relationships with stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, digital, IT and programme teams
• Lead the end-to-end engagement lifecycle from mobilisation through delivery and transition, with governance and risk management
• Own engagement commercial performance including forecasting, resource planning, revenue, cost and margin management
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to foster a collaborative, high-performing delivery culture with coaching
• Identify opportunities to improve services and deliver additional client value to support growth and Capgemini's PLM capability
