Job summary

Convatec is establishing a new Manchester facility as a hub for its PLM transformation. The PLM Program Manager will own the business-side delivery, aligning Teamcenter and Polarion as a connected digital thread across product development, quality, regulatory, operations, and supply chain.

The role leads the PLM roadmap, governance, and adoption plans, working with IT, partners, and business owners to realise measurable benefits and ensure compliance across master data and BOM architecture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading enterprise transformation programs.
• Experience with PLM systems (Teamcenter, Polarion) in regulated industries.
• Strong business-case and benefits realization experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead PLM transformation program across business functions.
• Develop and manage the PLM roadmap, governance and ROI model.
• Coordinate integration with SAP, MES, and other systems.
• Drive adoption, change management and data governance.
