Job summary

Tata Technologies is recruiting a PLM Programme Manager to support the Service Operations function for PLM, 3DEXPERIENCE, and related applications at our Gaydon site. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, IT, and business units to deliver reliable, governed services for a global user base of 16,000+.

The role focuses on operational excellence, incident management, change and release governance, and continuous improvement within a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive program management experience in enterprise IT environments.
• Experience managing PLM/3DEXPERIENCE or similar enterprise apps.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes including incident, major incident, problem, change and service level management.
• Ability to coordinate global, multi-vendor teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with governance and release management for production services.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Service Operations for PLM platforms including 3DEXPERIENCE and related apps.
• Ensure operational stability, service continuity, and adherence to SLAs/KPIs.
• Govern Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management processes.
• Coordinate across service, delivery, infrastructure, platform, and business teams.
• Monitor service health, risks, escalations, and improvement priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational maturity in ITIL practices.
