Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced PLM Engagement Lead to drive client engagements across complex digital engineering and PLM programmes. You will build trusted relationships, lead multidisciplinary delivery teams and ensure commercial and delivery performance.

You will translate business priorities into successful delivery outcomes, manage executive stakeholders and shape future growth opportunities for Capgemini's PLM delivery capability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex PLM engagements.
• Strong understanding of PLM-enabled engineering processes.
• Experience with major PLM platforms (Teamcenter/NX, Windchill, 3DEXPERIENCE).
• Strong commercial and business development expertise, including forecasting and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary senior client contact and build relationships with stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, digital, IT and programme teams.
• Lead the end-to-end engagement lifecycle from mobilisation to transition, with governance and risk management.
• Own engagement commercial performance, including forecasting, resource planning, revenue, cost and margin management.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to foster a high-performing delivery culture and provide coaching.
• Identify opportunities to improve services and realise additional client value.
