St Mary’s the Mount Catholic Primary School in the UK is seeking a Play Leader to work in the Breakfast and After School Club, starting from Monday 9th November 2026.

This 20-hour per week post runs term time only, Monday to Friday with sessions 7.20am-8.50am and 3.05pm-5.35pm; salary Level 1 Scale Point 3 (£11,232.73) and safeguarding checks apply.

Qualifications

• Appointment to the post is subject to relevant pre-employment checks, verification of qualifications and eligibility to work in the UK, online checks as set out in Keeping Children Safe in Education, including an enhanced DBS certificate with a barred-list check.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Breakfast and After School Club for children aged 3 to 11.
• Provide a safe, nurturing environment before and after the school day.
• Attend school visits and participate in safeguarding procedures.

20 hours on a 38 week contract (No training days to attend)

St Mary’s the Mount School is seeking to recruit a Play leader to work in the Breakfast and After School Club, starting from Monday 9th November 2026.

Children will be aged from 3 years to 11 years.

This post is for 20 hours per week, term time only.

Hours are as follows:

Monday- Friday

7.20am-8.50am and 3.05pm- 5.35pm
