St John Vianney Catholic Primary School in Blackpool invites applications for a Breakfast and After School and Holiday Club Lead. You will oversee the out of school provision, manage staff, plan activities, and ensure safe, nurturing experiences for children aged 4–11.
You will lead day-to-day operations, handle administration, records and budgets, foster positive relationships with families, and contribute to safeguarding and Catholic ethos.

St John Vianney is a two-form entry school with a Nursery and a SEND provision unit for 16 children with EHCPs. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and highly organised Breakfast and After School and Holiday Club Lead to oversee our successful out of school provision. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in providing high-quality childcare, enrichment and recreational opportunities for children in a safe, nurturing and engaging environment.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and development of the provision, leading staff, planning activities and ensuring children enjoy a positive experience that supports their wellbeing, development and enjoyment.

Grade: NJC pay Grade D - scale point range 7 to 11
Salary: £27,274.00 to £29,071.00 (FTE)
Actual Salary: £13,138.00 to £14,004.00

Hours:
- 20 hours per week (15 per week in After School Club & 5 per week in Breakfast Club)
- 9am until 4pm in Holiday Club, 7 weeks per academic year
