Job summary

Romans Field School is seeking a caring and patient support assistant to help pupils during breaks and unstructured times, fostering social skills and independence within a nurturing environment.

You will supervise play at breaks, provide safe activities, and assist pupils with transitions between spaces. The role includes caring duties and teamwork within a supportive school staff group.

• Experience supporting children with complex needs.

Responsibilities

About the Role

The successful candidate will support pupils during key unstructured times of the day, helping them to develop social skills, independence and confidence in a nurturing environment.
