Job summary

Valley End CofE Infant School is seeking an enthusiastic Play Worker to join our Extended Care team. You will support children in our Before and After School Clubs, help plan and deliver a variety of activities, and promote wellbeing and safety in your care.

Hours are Monday to Thursday 7:50 am to 8:30 am and 3:30 pm to 5:45 pm; Friday 7:50 am to 8:30 am and 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Applications welcomed for all or part of the week, including holiday clubs during half terms and school breaks.

Are you passionate about working with children and creating fun, safe, and engaging play experiences?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Play Worker to join our Extended Care team.

You will support children in our Before and After School Clubs and will help plan and deliver a variety of activities, encourage positive social interaction, and ensure the wellbeing and safety of all children in your care.

Hours are:

Monday to Thursday: 7.50 am to 8.30 am and 3:30 pm - 5.45 pm

Friday: 7.50 am to 8.30 am and 3.30 pm - 5.30 pm

Applications welcomed for all or part of the week and also for a combination of morning and afternoon sessions. There will also be the opportunity to work in our Holiday Clubs which run during half terms and school holidays.
