Hours: #removed#, Monday-Friday, term-time only

Pay: £13.69 per hour

Responsibilities
  • As a Play Leader, you'll support students aged 11-16 with special educational needs, helping to create a safe, fun, and structured environment during break times and enrichment activities.
  • You'll plan and lead engaging play sessions, encourage social interaction, and promote positive behaviour and wellbeing.
  • Organising indoor and outdoor play activities tailored to individual needs
  • Supporting pupils with autism, ADHD, and other additional needs
  • Promoting inclusive play and social development
  • Working closely with teaching and support staff to ensure continuity of care
  • Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all students
What We’re Looking For
