Job summary

Wise is seeking a Product Manager for the Customer Behavior & Linking Platform to shape the vision and strategy for a world-class, scalable platform that stores and orchestrates user account data in London or Budapest.

You will define KPIs, drive the roadmap, and work across engineering, data science, and operations to balance detection accuracy with user privacy while enabling a frictionless user experience for Wise customers.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience with identity verification, fraud prevention, or financial services.
• Experience managing technical software products from vision to market.

Responsibilities

• Define KPIs and the product roadmap, translating complex challenges into a clear strategy.
• Lead the creation of a global, scalable behavioural data store and graph for risk management.
• Collaborate with growth, operations, and engineering to block bad actors while enabling legitimate use cases.
• Communicate strategy to stakeholders and align teams on milestones and priorities.
