Wise Platform is searching for an Implementation Lead to drive and scale complex, high-impact partnerships across the Wise Platform in EMEA. You’ll lead the regional implementation team, setting the standard for seamless delivery of payment solutions while coaching and enabling others to reach ambitious growth goals.

This role is critical to our mission of launching fast, scalable, and world-class integrations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management, operations, product development or product operations.
• Led a team of 4+ individuals and coached senior members.
• Commercially adept with KPI and revenue impact initiatives.
• Technically fluent with APIs and solution design.
• Excellent, influential communicator across audiences.
• Analytical, data-driven, and proactive in problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Create a regional implementation strategy aligned to regional goals.
• Own all facets of implementation in EMEA and drive KPI targets.
• Coach and develop the team to deliver multiple complex integrations.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and cross-functional alignment.
• Make implementation decisions and balance stakeholder trade-offs.
• Maintain governance with clear data and no surprises.
• Build strong internal/external relationships for delivery.
• Voice of Wise in partner conversations to influence decisions.
• Lead and develop a team of four to deliver multiple partnerships.
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture.
