Job summary

Sage is seeking a Product Manager for Embedded Payroll Services to shape platform capabilities powering Sage applications and partner ecosystems. You will focus on APIs, scalable architecture, and regulatory compliance, serving Sage teams, accountants, partners, and developers.

The role is hybrid with a Newcastle office requirement, and you’ll influence the roadmap and partner engagement while exploring AI-driven productivity improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years product management experience, preferably in HR, payroll, or a compliance-heavy domain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; interpret data, regulatory requirements, and customer insight to make decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• This is a platform product role focusing on APIs, reusable services, and scalable architecture.
• Work with Sage product teams, partners, accountants, and developers to evolve embedded payroll services.
