Job summary

Sage is seeking a Product Manager for Embedded Payroll Services to own platform capabilities powering Sage apps and partner services. You’ll focus on APIs, scalable architecture, and compliance across multiple markets.

In a hybrid role, you’ll collaborate with Engineering, Data, Compliance, and GTM teams to shape roadmaps, validate requirements with partners, and drive AI-enabled productivity improvements across the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management, ideally within HR/payroll or a compliance-heavy domain.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, data interpretation and regulatory insight.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine interest in AI and applying it to improve product capability and team productivity.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to embedded payroll services roadmap with compliance and scalability in mind.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Compliance, and GTM to shape requirements.
