Job summary

Sage is seeking a Product Manager to shape the HR & Payroll domain services—an API-driven platform powering Sage apps and ecosystem partners. This hybrid role requires three days per week in our Newcastle office, working with Engineering, Data, Compliance, and GTM teams to deliver scalable, compliant services.

You will translate regulatory shifts into roadmaps, collaborate with partners, and drive product-led growth through disciplined prioritization and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in HR/payroll/compliance-heavy domain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision ability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the HR & Payroll Services roadmap and API-driven platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Compliance, and GTM teams to align priorities.
• Engage with partners and customers to validate assumptions and define measurable outcomes.
• Define feature briefs for timely and well-scoped delivery in partnership with Engineering and Data teams.
