Job summary

TOPdesk is seeking a Platform PMM to own the positioning, ICP and narrative for the evolving TOPdesk product as AI capabilities are added and ITSM expands into enterprise service management.

You’ll report to the Director of Product & Customer Marketing and collaborate with Product, Sales, and the wider marketing team. The role will set best practices and establish the standard for launches and campaigns across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Track record of owning positioning or narrative for a product or platform, not just launches.
• Experience building or refining an ICP from evidence, not assumption.
• Ability to operate from high-level company narrative to detailed launch briefs.
• Strong stakeholder influence and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain TOPdesk's overall product positioning and ICP, grounded in customer pain points.
• Build the platform narrative that ties ITSM, ESM and AI into one coherent story.
• Partner with Product to translate innovation into positioning for market launches.
• Support the quarterly launch rhythm by turning releases into moments reinforcing the platform story.
• Brief and align Sales, Customer Success, Customer Marketing and Analyst Relations on positioning.
• Validate positioning and ICP against real signals like win/loss, customer conversations, analyst feedback.
• Influence without authority and gain buy-in from Product, Sales and leadership.
