Job summary

Publicis Media in the UK seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager - AI to shape the narrative underpinning sales conversations and lead go-to-market strategy for new capabilities. You will personally craft assets to support complex, enterprise deals and build AI-native marketing systems that scale across regions.

You’ll partner with Product, Sales, Global Capabilities and regional teams to drive adoption, seller confidence and competitive win rate, while maintaining a central collateral library

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in product marketing within martech, adtech or performance marketing technology.
• Experience producing narrative assets used by senior sales teams.
• Strong technical understanding of AI and advertising ecosystems.
• Experience in customer discovery, win/loss and competitive research.
• Fluency with AI-native workflows and evaluation of outputs.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in complex organisations.
• Comfort in evolving product messaging and go-to-market inputs.

Responsibilities

• Own global positioning and narrative for OneSuiteAI based on market analysis.
• Create sales and marketing assets for live deals (decks, one-pagers, battlecards, scripts, FAQs, RFPs).
• Lead go-to-market activity for new capabilities and market launches.
• Embed OneSuiteAI into broader Proformics/Publicis Media propositions.
• Maintain a central library of OneSuiteAI collateral for teams.
• Define launch frameworks, metrics, and post-launch reviews.
• Design and operate AI-native production systems for scalable content creation.
