Job summary

WPP Media Limited is seeking a Platform Operations Director to ensure that solutions are operationally ready, well tested and properly documented as they move from project delivery into BAU support.

You will own QA, release readiness, documentation, stakeholder communication and post-release improvements, collaborating with Product Owners, Engineering, Data, Reporting and business stakeholders to sustain delivery momentum.

Qualifications

• Experience in platform operations, service transition and delivery operations.
• Strong QA coordination and release readiness能力.
• Experience coordinating UAT, test planning, defect tracking and business validation.
• Ability to author user guides, runbooks and release communications.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration.
• Knowledge of agile/product-led delivery environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise tools: Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps; cloud platforms (GCP/AWS).

Responsibilities

• Own BAU operations processes across platforms, tools, reports and workflows.
• Coordinate QA across delivery workstreams and ensure testing readiness.
• Drive business readiness and adoption with training, demos and release notes.
• Lead release readiness and service transition with runbooks and escalation routes.
• Maintain operational documentation and knowledge resources.
• Govern BAU processes, tickets, release requests and governance.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Engineering, Data, QA and business users.
