Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management within a technical environment
• Experience leading Product Owners or Product Managers
• Strong command of Agile frameworks and backlog discipline
• Ability to operate in a global, matrix organisation
• Experience with data infrastructure, reporting, automation/AI is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Define and steer product strategy and roadmaps aligned to business priorities
• Lead Product Owners and ensure governance standards across the team
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and Commercial teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Champion agile practices and ensure delivery momentum across multiple disciplines
• Act as the strategic escalation point for dependencies and stakeholder management
