• Stakeholder management across complex structures and cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading IBP processes or cycle planning is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop short- and long-term end-to-end supply chain plans for internally and externally produced items.
• Manage, coach and develop a team of material and supply planners.
• Meet KPIs like customer fill rate, finished goods inventory targets and waste reduction.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, marketing, sales, materials and replenishment to achieve category goals.
• Deliver master and detailed plans and support long-range capacity planning and MRP.
• Lead or participate in supply review meetings and drive improvements in planning processes.
