Job summary

Talentmark is recruiting a Supply Planning Manager for a 6-month contract role on site in Bournville, Birmingham. The role focuses on developing end-to-end supply chain plans, master and detailed scheduling, and driving improvements with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will have FMCG/CPG experience, IBP/S&OP familiarity, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative approach with plant operations, suppliers and demand planning. A DBS check may be required.

Qualifications

• FMCG/CPG experience, ideally food or shelf-life constrained industries.
• IBP/S&OP experience.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and focus on priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop short- and long-term end-to-end supply chain plans.

• Hit KPIs: customer fill rate, inventory targets and waste objectives.
• Run root-cause analysis for continuous improvement of the plan.
• Maintain system data integrity and drive planning improvements.

Talentmark are recruiting for a Supply Planning Manager to join a leading global food brand company on a contract basis for 6 months. This role is based on sitein Bournville, Birmingham.

Salary:

£25.32 to £31.68 per hour, PAYE

Rates are dependent upon experience.

Supply Planning Manager Role:

• Develop short- and long-term end-to-end supply chain plans for internal and external production.
• Deliver master and detailed schedules, long-range plans (inc. capacity) and material requirement plans.
• Hit KPIs: customer fill rate, finished goods inventory targets and waste objectives.
• Run root-cause analysis for continuous improvement of the plan.
• Maintain system data integrity and drive planning improvements.

Your Background:

• FMCG/CPG experience, ideally food or another industry where shelf life is a constraint.
• IBP/S&OP experience.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and focus on key priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, able to interpret data.
• Team player working daily with plant operations, suppliers and demand.
