Job summary

Mondelez International in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Supply Planning Manager to lead a team of material and supply planners. You will develop short and long-term end-to-end supply chain plans for items produced internally and externally, aligned with approved business plans.

You will drive KPI performance, collaborate across manufacturing, marketing, sales and procurement, and contribute to IBP processes, with a focus on improving fill rate, inventory targets and waste

Qualifications

• Team leadership experience in supply planning or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to influence across functions.
• Stakeholder management across complex structures and cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading IBP processes or cycle planning is a plus.

You will manage a team of material and supply planners in a category, ensuring that mid- to long-term production/material plans are in place for your assigned plants/lines in line with approved business plans.

How you will contribute

• Prepare short and long-term end-to-end supply chain plans for items produced internally and externally for further review and approvals
• Manage, coach and develop a team
• Meet your KPIs including (but not limited to) meeting or exceeding customer fill rate, delivering finished goods inventories at or below target levels and meeting waste objectives
• Work closely with internal and external manufacturing, marketing, sales, materials, and replenishment functions to deliver the category's goals
• Deliver performance against approved master and detailed schedules and long-range plans (including capacity considerations) and material requirement plans using system tools
• Be part of the construction of the supply review and escalating issues
• Support and implement improvements in the planning arena to improve customer fill rate, inventory targets and waste reduction to meet company KPIs
• Participate in and/or lead supply review meetings

• Able to influence cross-functional teams, working on the key priorities and improving the plan
• Able to build effective teams
• Knowledgeable about leading practice supply planning and end-to-end supply chain concepts

• Drive improved supplier relationship management within ISC through:
• Lead inbound material supply of packaging & raw materials
• Upstream supply reviews with key suppliers strengthening capacity management & process
• Drive an enhanced supplier relationship, partnering closely with procurement
• Process improvement, driving digitalisation for E2E decision making, agility & resilience

Experience/background:

• Procurement or supplier relationship experience [required]
• Stakeholder management within complex structures [required]
• Knowledgeable of IBP, leading teams and IBP process [required]
• Supply Planning management [preferred]
• FMCG/Pharma/Manufacturing experience [preferred]
• Experience digitalising data exchanges in the E2E Supply Chain [preferred]
