Job summary
Stellar Omada Ltd. is seeking a Platform Lead to steer the engineering squad through sprint cycles and backlog execution within the product delivery team.
The role combines software engineering leadership with team management, maturing SDLC practices, enforcing technical standards, and balancing developer capacity to deliver scalable product releases across client engagements. You'll collaborate with Product Management, QA, and BI to translate roadmaps into executable backlogs and ensure
Qualifications
- Proven background in software engineering leadership and Agile teams.
- Strong front-end stack experience: React 19 and TypeScript; back-end: Node.js/Express.
- SDLC governance, CI/CD, and production incident management familiarity.
- Cloud hosting experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of internal product sprints and backlog, maintaining velocity and capacity.
- Mature engineering practices: code pipelines, peer reviews, automated checks and quality gates.
- Partner with Product Owners to refine user stories and translate roadmaps into sprint backlogs.
- Collaborate daily with BAs, QA and architects to ensure clear acceptance criteria.
- Support client delivery and DevOps teams in diagnosing and resolving production defects.
