You’ll guide the SAP decoupling programme, drive architectural decisions and collaborate with Product, Delivery and Business stakeholders to ensure outcomes align with strategic goals.

• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing software engineering teams.
• Strong background in software architecture, system design and cloud technologies.
• Excellent people leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing software engineering team with a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Oversee delivery of software initiatives aligned to business goals, timelines and quality.
• Establish technical standards and modern software engineering practices.
• Ensure secure, reliable and maintainable software with strong performance.
• Manage relationships with vendors, partners and stakeholders for high-quality delivery.
• Act as Engineering contact for SAP Decoupling Programme with Product, Delivery and Business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Domain and Solution Architects to design scalable backend services.
• Scale and lead teams building new services and modernising capabilities with AI tooling where appropriate.
