• Significant platform/infrastructure or DevOps engineering experience across complex production environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve Relation’s platform strategy with peers.
• Own architectural strategy for Kubernetes-based clusters and hybrid infra.
• Lead Platform Engineering team, hiring and mentoring engineers.
• Own the scientific compute platform to support ML and data science teams.
• Advance CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling as a product for internal customers.
• Establish observability and disaster recovery across on‑prem and cloud.
• Own security controls including IAM, secrets, and network policies.
