Job summary

Omnea in London is seeking a Platform Engineer to scale our serverless stack on AWS, evolving Lambda, DynamoDB, EventBridge, and multi-region HA. You will own CI/CD (GitHub Actions), IaC (Pulumi), and release tooling to ship faster and safer.

You will build observability with Datadog, improve developer experience, automate toil, and contribute production-grade TypeScript across infrastructure and product features. Join a high-autonomy team and own end-to-end problems.

Qualifications

• Designer of reliable infrastructure and production code in TypeScript or similar.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines at scale.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, EventBridge) and serverless architectures.
• Experience with IaC tools and developer tooling.

Responsibilities

• Scale infrastructure and design AWS serverless architecture for growth and data residency.
• Own CI/CD and deployment pipelines, including Pulumi-based IaC and release tooling.
• Build and improve observability with Datadog across the stack.
• Develop internal tooling to reduce toil and accelerate shipping product.
• Contribute production-ready TypeScript across infra and product features.
