Job summary

Naimuri is seeking a Platform Engineer to enable teams with robust, scalable infrastructure. You will own complex platform challenges from design to production, mentor others, and drive efficient delivery pipelines using Kubernetes and GitLab.

The role supports hybrid working with UK travel to client sites as needed, and the candidate will shape governance, security, and cost-aware designs while staying current with platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering complex platform features from design to production.
• Ability to design reusable infrastructure and secure deployments.
• Strong collaboration with engineers, delivery leads, and product owners.

Responsibilities

• Drive implementation of platform features from design to production.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve platform environments.
• Embed secure design principles in all work.
• Coach and support junior team members and other engineers.
