ITV Consumer Limited 2024 is seeking a DevOps/Platform Engineer embedded in the Content Supply and Delivery and Common Platform teams. The role focuses on implementing scalable, secure cloud infrastructure, automation, and collaboration across London and Leeds teams.

You will work with Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) while helping shape future platform designs and upgrades with a strong emphasis on best practices and cost efficiency.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and IaC tooling.
• Experience with Kubernetes deployments and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and related tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Strong collaboration across teams and effective design/code review skills.

Responsabilidades

• Implementing IaC with Terraform and enhancing the Common Platform.
• Support CS&D upgrades, deployments, and production issue resolution.
• Reviewing PRs to deploy infrastructure and manage access permissions.
• Maintain infrastructure for CS&D and Common Platform, e.g., Jenkins.
• Lead upgrades of Kubernetes deployments in AWS and plan future architectures.
• Share best practices and contribute improvements within the platform team.
• Apply secure cloud practices for scalable, high-performance infra.
• Handle monitoring, alerts, and production incident responses.
