Job summary

Scale AI is seeking an experienced Platform Engineer to design and build foundational data platforms and infrastructure used across Scale's products. You will architect core cloud infrastructure, streamline development lifecycles, and enable engineers to build advanced AI-driven features.

You will lead efforts in distributed systems, container orchestration, and CI/CD, collaborating with cross-functional teams to push scalable AI capabilities into production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time engineering experience, post-graduation, with specialties in backend systems.
• Experience with AI technologies and building agentic experiences.
• Experience building scalable, reliable distributed systems on public clouds.

Responsibilities

• Drive design and implementation of foundational platforms and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver new features.
• Lead the AI domain through experiments with latest techniques and technologies.
• Identify and drive improvements to development practices and tools.
