Job summary

Oliver Bernard is recruiting for a Platform/DevOps Support Engineer to join a leading professional services firm in the City of London with very flexible working.

You will support production services across Cloud (AWS/GCP) and Platform (Kubernetes), helping drive automation with Python and maintain day-to-day operational health, incident resolution and IAM/security tasks.

The role offers broad exposure across DevOps, security and IAM, with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Broad IT support and service management experience.
• Operational support / DevOps / platform experience.
• Knowledge of AWS / GCP desirable.
• Experience with Jira and Slack.
• Understanding of web applications and cloud concepts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational health of digital products.
• Maintain production services across Cloud and Kubernetes.
• Assist with incident management and resolution.
• Contribute to automation using Python.
• Work on security and IAM tasks as needed.
