You will operate across Cloud (GCP), DevOps and Platform (Kubernetes), supporting production services and driving incident management, IAM, and automation.

Strong IT support, GCP, Google Workspace, Jira/Slack experience and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Broad IT support and service management experience.
• Operational support, DevOps or platform experience.
• GCP knowledge and experience.
• Experience supporting Google Workspace.
• Experience of Jira and Slack.
• Good understanding of web applications and cloud.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day operational health of production services.
• Support security and IAM tasks and incident management.
• Contribute to automation and platform improvements.
• Collaborate across Cloud (GCP) and Kubernetes operations.
• Provide end-user support and project work as needed.
