Job summary

Oliver Bernard, a leading professional services firm in London, is seeking a Platform / DevOps Support Engineer to join its Digital team. You will work across Cloud (GCP), DevOps and Platform (Kubernetes) operations, supporting production services.

You’ll be key in the day-to-day operational health of the Digital team’s products, handling end-user support, incidents, IAM security work, and automation initiatives to improve reliability and speed.

Qualifications

Broad IT support and service management experience.
Experience in operational support, DevOps and/or platform.
GCP knowledge and experience.
Experience supporting Google Workspace.
Experience with Jira and/or Slack.
Good understanding of web applications and cloud.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day operational health of production services.
Provide end-user support and manage incidents.
Contribute to automation and platform improvements.
