Seer Interactive seeks an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to own and modularize the platform infra using Terraform or OpenTofu, and to manage access across the system. You will build cloud services on GCP or AWS, automate onboarding, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.

You’ll lead observability and incident response while integrating AI coding agents to improve reliability. You will collaborate with data engineering leaders to shape platform roadmaps, and work from product

Formación

• Hands-on experience writing and modularizing infrastructure as code with Terraform or OpenTofu.
• Deep familiarity with GitHub, including pull requests, code review, and building workflows with GitHub Actions.
• Production infrastructure experience on GCP or AWS.
• Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript.
• Experience designing alerting and monitoring, owning a system when it fails.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Comfort owning infrastructure end-to-end rather than relying on a separate team.
• Ability to set KPIs and hold yourself accountable.
• Energetic about building an early-stage platform and refactoring legacy systems.

Responsabilidades

• Own and modularize the infrastructure behind Seer's data platform in Terraform or OpenTofu.
• Manage permissions and access across the platform for team members and agents.
• Build and maintain cloud services on GCP or AWS, choosing cost and reliability tradeoffs.
• Automate client onboarding and data source integration into the platform.
• Design and maintain GitHub Action pipelines with automated tests and multi-stage deploys.
• Take part in PRs and code reviews to raise the quality of changes.
• Define KPIs, build observability, alerting, and logging for platform health.
• Integrate AI agents into daily workflows with clear ownership of code quality, security, and reliability.
