Job summary

LV= Life and Pensions is seeking a self-motivated Platform Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Midlands through remote engagement. You will build and manage a panel of wealth management/IFA accounts, expand distribution, and deliver targets in line with the business plan.

The role requires deep knowledge of the retirement income market, strong intermediary relationships, and a proactive, compliant approach to growth. LV= offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience working with advisers specifically in the advised platform market.
• Understanding of how intermediated distribution markets operate.
• Awareness of fund solutions available in the marketplace.
• Proven account management or business development in the advised platform market.
• Track record of negotiating and delivering sales targets in the IFA market.
• Knowledge of regulatory framework and compliance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and report on a panel of wealth management/IFA accounts.
• Initiate and develop business relationships to increase distribution footprint.
• Visit accounts according to strategy and direction from management.
• Deliver targets by business mix and volume within budget.
• Collaborate with off-platform sales to achieve team goals.
• Contribute to the business plan and support leadership teams.
