Job summary

Randstad Construction & Property is recruiting for a Machine Operator for a Crumlin, UK site. This full-time, temp-to-perm role offers a 4-on/4-off rotating shift pattern (days and nights) with a base pay of £12.71/hr plus a weekly £55.50 bonus, effectively £13.86/hr.

You will load materials, run moulding machines, check quality, and maintain a safe workstation. Practical experience in manufacturing and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in factory, production or manufacturing environment.
• Upbeat, proactive attitude and reliability.
• Full clean driving license and own transport within 30-minute commute of Pen-y-Fan Industrial Estate.

Responsibilities

• Load moulding machines with raw materials and perform basic machine care.
• Inspect, trim, and package plastic items to meet quality standards.
• Operate semi-automatic production machinery once trained.
• Stack, wrap and move finished pallets using a pump truck.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workstation in line with health and safety policies.
