Job summary

Impact Recruitment are currently recruiting a Production Operative for a Corby-based injection moulding manufacturer. You will monitor injection moulding machines, remove finished products and perform basic quality checks to ensure smooth production.

The role is temp-to-perm with 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm / 6am-6pm variant). Salary from £13-£14 per hour, with days paid when permanent and benefits outlined by the client.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to monitor machinery and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and mind injection moulding machines throughout production.
• Remove finished products from machines and prepare for packing.
• Carry out basic visual quality checks to meet standards.
• Monitor machine performance and report faults or issues.
• Ensure machines run efficiently and safely.
• Keep a clean, tidy and organised workspace.
• Follow production procedures and health and safety requirements.
