Job summary

Gi Group United Kingdom is assisting a client in Aldershot in finding a Moulding Operative to join full-time, temp-perm. You should have some moulding or manufacturing experience and be comfortable handling press machines to meet exact specifications.

Shifts run Monday to Thursday 7:00–16:30 and Friday 7:00–12:00. The role provides full training, weekly pay and opportunities to progress, with free parking and refreshments on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in moulding or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to operate production machinery
• Willingness to follow safety procedures (SWP/SQR) in a fast paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate a press/moulding machinery to client specifications.
• Run designated machines daily and monitor performance.
• Report faults or inefficiencies to team leaders and supervisor.
• Complete paperwork accurately (WIP, logs, control forms).
• Keep area clean and adhere to company procedures.
