Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting for dedicated Machine Operators for a long-term temp-to-perm role at a Crumlin, Gwent site. You will operate moulding machines, handle materials, and maintain quality and safety standards on a 4-on/4-off shift pattern with paid breaks.

Immediate starts available with progression to a permanent contract. A valid driver’s license and own transport within 30 minutes of Pen-y-Fan Industrial Estate are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a factory, production, or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Load moulding machines with raw materials.
• Inspect, trim and package plastic items to quality standards.
• Operate semi-automatic production machinery once trained.
• Stack, wrap and relocate finished pallets.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation per health and safety policies.
