Randstad UK currently partners with a large global manufacturer in Crumlin to recruit dedicated Machine Operators for immediate temp-to-perm opportunities. The role involves loading moulding machines, inspecting and packaging plastic items, and keeping a clean, safe workstation.

The site offers a stable career path with a direct route to a permanent contract, and a rotating 4-on/4-off shift pattern (2 days, 2 nights). Pay starts at £12.71/hr base plus a £55.50 weekly bonus, effectively £13.86/hr.

Qualifications

• Experience in a factory, production, or manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Loading moulding machines with raw materials and carrying out basic routine machine care.
• Inspecting, trimming, and packaging manufactured plastic items to ensure quality standards.
• Operating semi-automatic production machinery once fully trained.
• Stacking, wrapping, and relocating finished pallets using a manual pump truck.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workstation in line with health and safety policies.
