Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Plastering Lecturer in Wigan to inspire the next generation of construction professionals. You will teach practical and theory-based plastering to Levels 1–3, assess students, and support their progression.

Teaching qualification support is provided. The role offers a salary of 31,000–42,000 plus a Teachers' Pension, generous leave, healthcare plan, qualification support and excellent benefits.

Formación

• Experienced plasterer moving into teaching with industry knowledge.
• Strong practical plastering skills and understanding of current techniques.
• Willingness to support learners through theory and practical work.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver practical and theory-based plastering lessons across levels 1 to 3.
• Assess student work and provide constructive feedback.
• Support student progress and record keeping.
• Promote a positive learning environment and behaviour.
