Job summary

Sanctuary Group in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Trade Operative - Plasterer to deliver high-quality plastering repairs across our housing stock. You will join the Day-to-Day Repairs Team, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and benefit from a company van and provided tools.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and the ability to work both independently and with a team to maintain safe, comfortable homes across Central and West Scotland.

Qualifications

• Must hold SVQ/NVQ Level 2 in plastering or core subject.
• Awareness of Health and Safety legislation.
• Good communication and customer care skills.
• Able to drive and hold a full UK licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering repairs to a high standard and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and restock tools and equipment.
• Respond to complaints and breakdowns in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate updates on works progress to customers.
