Job summary

Timberwise is seeking plasterers to join our South East team, covering the Middlesex area with regional travel as needed. The role focuses on rendering, skimming, dot-and-dab, and multi-coat render systems, with additional joinery and waterproofing experience being a plus.

We offer substantial earning potential with an OTE of £45k–£50k and a basic £35k, along with overtime, a monthly bonus, pension, health plan, and training opportunities. A dedicated van and full PPE are provided.

The Role (OTE £45k - £50k) Basic £35k

Due to our growing business, we are looking to increase our team of Plasterers throughout the South East and specifically in the Middlesex area; there will be a need to travel throughout the region.

As a Plasterer your role will include:

• Rendering and skimming post DPC treatments
• Dot and Dab finishing
• Boarding and skimming
• Multi coat render systems
• Some joinery experience is desirable
• Some experience with waterproofing/membrane systems is desirable

We are looking for someone in the South East who has:

• Proven skills in Plastering
• A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to plan and manage their own workload.
• A team player and Self starter
• Strong communication skills
• Enthusiastic and take pride in your work
• Previous experience in the preservation industry is desirable but full training will be provided.
• CSCS card holder

Hours of work are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday with occasional out of hours and weekend work, for which overtime is paid.
