Job summary

Timberwise is seeking plasterers to join our South East team, covering Hertfordshire and surrounding areas. You will render, skim, and apply multi-coat render systems, with the potential for some joinery and waterproofing work. OTE £45k–£50k, basic £35k, and overtime.

You will travel regionally and contribute to high standards in property preservation services. We value honesty, reliability and teamwork, offer training and a pension plan, health care, and a company van.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in plastering.
• Proactive and self-motivated with ability to plan and manage workload.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Experience in preservation industry desirable but full training provided.

The Role (OTE £45k - £50k) Basic £35k

Due to our growing business, we are looking to increase our team of Plasterers throughout the South East and specifically in the Hertfordshire area; there will be a need to travel throughout the region.

As a Plasterer your role will include:

• Rendering and skimming post DPC treatments
• Dot and Dab finishing
• Boarding and skimming
• Multi coat render systems
• Some joinery experience is desirable
• Some experience with waterproofing/membrane systems is desirable

We are looking for someone in the South East who has:

• Proven skills in Plastering
• A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to plan and manage their own workload.
• A team player and Self starter
• Strong communication skills
• Enthusiastic and take pride in your work
• Previous experience in the preservation industry is desirable but full training will be provided.
• CSCS card holder

Hours of work are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday with occasional out of hours and weekend work, for which overtime is paid.
