Job summary

Timberwise is seeking plasterers to join the South West team, covering the Plymouth area with occasional travel across the region. Your role includes rendering, skimming, dot-and-dab finishing and multi-coat render systems, with training provided for preservation work.

A CSCS card is required and a proactive, customer-focused demeanor is essential. We offer an attractive package with overtime, a monthly bonus, generous holiday, a company pension, health plan, wellbeing support and company van.

The Role

Due to our growing business, we are looking to increase our team of Plasterers throughout the South West and specifically in the Plymouth area; there will be a need to travel throughout the region.

As a Plasterer your role will include:

• Rendering and skimming post DPC treatments
• Dot and Dab finishing
• Boarding and skimming
• Multi coat render systems
• Some joinery experience is desirable
• Some experience with waterproofing/membrane systems is desirable

We are looking for someone in the South West who has:

• Proven skills in Plastering
• A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to plan and manage their own workload.
• A team player and Self starter
• Strong communication skills
• Enthusiastic and take pride in your work
• Previous experience in the preservation industry is desirable but full training will be provided.
• CSCS card holder

Hours of work are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday with occasional out of hours and weekend work, for which overtime is paid.
