Multi-Skilled Plasterer

Location: Stafford and Surrounding Areas

Hours: 40 per week

Pay Rate: £20 per hour (Company Van Supplied)

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Approx. 3-6 Months - POSSIBLE TEMP TO PERM

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Multi‑Skilled Plasterer to work with a leading Housing Association, carrying out reactive and planned maintenance on domestic social housing properties across Staffordshire.

The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality repair and maintenance work while providing excellent service to residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out skimming, patch plastering, and general plaster repairs.
  • Undertake basic plumbing and carpentry work as required.
  • Complete touch‑up painting and finishing to a professional standard.
  • Work independently and efficiently across multiple occupied and void properties.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company and health & safety procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in Plastering (time‑served tradesmen may be considered).
  • Proven experience in plastering and general maintenance.
  • Experience working within social housing, housing associations, or council properties.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and ability to drive a company van.
  • Professional, reliable, and customer‑focused approach.
