Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting for a skilled Plasterer / Multi:Skilled Operative to join a dedicated social housing repairs and maintenance team covering the Bournemouth area. You will carry out internal plastering repairs and damp/remediation work in occupied homes, while managing stock and materials with the provided van and fuel card.

The role requires a minimum NVQ Level 2 in Plastering (or time-served experience), a valid UK driving licence and asbestos awareness.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Plastering (or time-served equivalent).
• Full UK driving licence required to operate the company van.
• Asbestos awareness.
• Experience in social housing or reactive maintenance.
• Own tools preferred.
• Excellent customer service when dealing with tenants.

Responsibilities

Are you a skilled plasterer looking for stability and the autonomy of a mobile role? We are seeking an experienced tradesperson to join a dedicated social housing repairs and maintenance team covering the Bournemouth area.
