Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a skilled Plasterer / Multi-Skilled Operative to join our social housing repairs team covering the Bournemouth area. You will perform internal plastering repairs in occupied homes and handle damp and mould remedial works, while managing your own stock and using a fuel card and company van.

Applicants should have NVQ Level 2 in Plastering (or time-served), a full UK driving licence, asbestos awareness, and experience in social housing or reactive maintenance.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Plastering or time-served experience.
• Full UK Driving Licence required to operate the company van.
• Asbestos awareness is required.
• Experience in social housing or reactive maintenance.
• Own tools would be preferred.
• Excellent customer service when dealing with tenants.

Are you a skilled plasterer looking for stability and the autonomy of a mobile role? We are seeking an experienced tradesperson to join a dedicated social housing repairs and maintenance team covering the Bournemouth area.
