Job summary

Howells Solutions Limited is recruiting a Plasterer Multi Operative for reactive repairs and maintenance in tenanted social housing around the High Wycombe area.

The role covers plastering, painting and decorating, and damp/mould washing. A company van and fuel card are provided; the position is permanent and starts ASAP.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Level 3 is desirable.
• Valid UK driving licence with 0-3 points.
• Current DBS or willingness to obtain.
• Experience working in social housing.
• Familiar with PDA usage.
• Clean, presentable and eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering and related works in tenanted social housing.
• Perform painting, decorating and damp/mould washing as required.
• Work across High Wycombe area with reactive maintenance tasks.

Social Housing Repairs (Permanent)

£50,000 + company van + fuel card

Permanent position to start ASAP

We are recruiting for a leading social housing contractor to recruit a Plasterer Multi Operative to carry out reactive repairs and maintenance works to tenanted social housing properties in and around the High Wycombe Area.

A Company van and fuel card will be provided.

Plasterer - You will be responsible for all aspects of Plastering along with painting & decorating and Damp & Mould washing.

Additional Requirements

• NVQ Qualified/City and Guilds Qualified Level 3 (desired)
• Valid Clean UK Driving Licence - No more than 3 points
• Current valid DBS Check or be willing to undertake as required
• Experience working within Social Housing
• Familiar with PDA usage
• Clean, presentable, and must be eligible to work in the UK (with proof)
