Job summary

Niyaa People is seeking a Plasterer Multi for long-term, consistent work across Birmingham. You will carry out plastering and multi-skilled works within kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects in domestic properties.

The role involves patch plastering, making good surfaces, and supporting with additional repairs where needed. A Blue CSCS Skilled Worker card and full UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong plastering experience within domestic properties.
• Blue CSCS Skilled Worker card (Essential).
• A full UK driving licence.
• Experience within refurbishment, maintenance or social housing.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out patch plastering and full plastering works.
• Making good walls and ceilings following kitchen and bathroom installations.
• Preparing surfaces ready for tiling, decorating and finishing.
• Repairing damaged plasterwork to a high standard.
• Completing minor multi-skilled repairs where required.

Plasterer Multi trade - 200 - 250 per day

Join a well-established property maintenance contractor with long-term, consistent work across Birmingham. As a Plasterer Multi, you’ll carry out plastering and multi-skilled works as part of kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects.

You’ll be joining a respected contractor with a strong pipeline of domestic refurbishment work. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong plastering skills who can also support with additional multi-skilled work where required.

As a Plasterer Multi, you will be:

• Carrying out patch plastering and full plastering works
• Making good walls and ceilings following kitchen and bathroom installations
• Preparing surfaces ready for tiling, decorating and finishing
• Repairing damaged plasterwork to a high standard
• Completing minor multi-skilled repairs where required

Requirements

• Strong plastering experience within domestic properties
• Experience making good following kitchen and bathroom installations
• The ability to carry out basic multi-skilled repairs
• A Blue CSCS Skilled Worker card ( Essential )
• A full UK driving licence
• Experience within refurbishment, maintenance or social housing
