Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Multi-Skilled Plasterer for ongoing work in North Birmingham. You will plaster, skim and render in occupied social housing properties, delivering high-quality finishes while maintaining professional customer relations.

Role requires NVQ/City & Guilds in Plastering, a valid UK driving licence, and experience in domestic maintenance. The position offers a consistent workload with a company van and fuel card provided.

Qualifications

• NVQ or City & Guilds in Plastering (or equivalent).
• Previous experience in social housing, domestic maintenance or property repairs.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Experience with basic secondary trades is an advantage.
• Reliable, professional approach with good customer service skills.
