Job summary

Niyaa People Ltd is recruiting a permanent Plasterer/Multi-Trade operative to work across Coventry, Leicester and surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for an experienced plasterer with general property maintenance focus.

Responsibilities

• Complete plastering works across Coventry and Leicester
• Carry out plastering and multi-trade works in void and tenanted properties
• Repair plastering, patching, lime work, skirting and maintenance duties
• Treat damp and mould as required
• Work independently across various properties
• Prepare surfaces and ensure neat, professional finish
• Work safely and maintain high workmanship
• Flexibly work across locations per project

Responsibilities

• Completing plastering works across properties accross Coventry and Leicester
• Completing plastering and multi-trade works across void and tenanted properties
• Carrying out plastering repairs, patching, lime work, skirting and general property maintenance duties
• Treating damp and mould within properties as required
• Working independently across a range of void and tenanted properties
• Preparing surfaces and ensuring completed work is finished neatly and professionally
• Working safely and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship
• Working flexibly across different locations depending on project requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong, demonstrable experience as a Plasterer
• A time-served background in plastering
• Good knowledge of general plastering techniques and finishing
• A reliable and professional approach to work
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• A full UK driving licence
• A willingness to undergo a DBS check
• Formal plastering qualifications or tickets are not required, provided you have solid practical experience
